How to use:
Step 1: Define your lash line with Hearts Eyeliner in a dark matte shade according to the lighting, following the natural shape of the eyelid.
Step 2: Apply a light shimmery smokey shade, such as gold, for highlighting. Apply to the inner corners and tops of the cheekbones, and blend with a small curved brush.
