These terms and conditions are set for your protection and to clarify the method and rules of return and exchange:
Regarding returns, we regret to say that perfume products cannot be returned or exchanged except in the following cases:
1- When the customer receives the product and there is an error in the type of product sent, the customer will be compensated either for the value of the product or the real product will be sent, if any, at the store’s expense. The customer must verify and review the purchase invoice and match it with the products that reached him from the store before using them and opening the product wrapping. In the event that the product is used and the (original wrapping) is opened, the customer will not be compensated for any amounts, according to the policies for selling perfumes and cosmetic products globally.
2- In the event of any defect in the product or if you receive a wrong product from Demo Beauty Perfumes, we will compensate the customer by having the customer return the wrong product to us and we will either return the amount to the same account or credit card from which it was transferred or deliver the correct goods according to the required purchase invoice for free.
3- In the event of returning a product, it must be within 7 days from the date of receipt, with the invoice, and the product must be in its original condition and the perfume must be unopened (the presence of the original perfume cellophane). Any other product will not be accepted, and the customer bears the product return fees.
4- Any product that has been used, the product packaging has been opened, or has arrived in a non-original condition will not be accepted for return.
5 - If the customer wants to exchange the product without a defect in the product and the perfume has not been opened (the presence of the original cellophane), the store is not responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return, in addition to the customer bearing the costs of shipping the replacement piece again and the fees for returning the product to the store.
6- In the event that the order has been shipped to the customer and he wants to cancel the order and recover the order amount while it is on its way to him and he has not received the order, the customer shall bear the shipment return fees and the shipping amount shall be deducted from the total order and the amount shall be returned to the customer’s account after receiving the shipment from the shipping company within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt from the shipping company. The customer will be notified when necessary in the event of a delay in receiving the order and delivering it to the shipping company for no more than 15 days, and the customer has the option to agree or reject the delay and recover the amount.
For your safety, Al-Attar does not allow the return or exchange of its products, except in the following cases only:
Products that arrive to you damaged or defective.
A different product arrived than what you ordered.

-You can exchange/return damaged/defective product within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be in the same condition as received, without any change in shape or appearance, and has not been used.
We work to satisfy you, so the return/exchange period may take 10 working days from the date of receiving the product.
The amount will be refunded for the damaged/defective product after it reaches us and its condition is verified, and the amount will be transferred to you.
