How to use:
Apply to dry hair. Load the small end of the brush with powder. Use your free hand to pull hair flat/tight against the head and press the brush firmly down to the roots, starting at the scalp and working your way up - do not use a sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush. Gently remove any excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
